Angel Heart Cakes set out to redefine an American tradition…We have updated our versatile fat free Angel Food Cake recipe to reflect today's healthier lifestyles. Winter, spring, summer or fall…we offer a special flavor for every season! Our seasonal approach makes our delicious light cakes a popular choice for any occasion.
We were raised and educated locally, married and settled down with our families in Menlo Park. Brought together by a mutual friend who recognized our shared passion for good food, family, and community, we decided to embark on a new endeavor supported with our common work ethic and Debbie's grandmother's recipe for angel food cake.
While we have been surprising our customers in creating unique and seasonal flavors of angel food cakes, the opening of our bakery in February 2011 will allow us to introduce some sinfully delicious desserts. Along with our heavenly angel food cakes, we will offer bars, cookies, dacquoise cakes, fresh puddings, pound cakes, tarts and seasonal granolas.
We love to bake and through baking we connect with our community. Building relationships and being environmentally responsible are at the heart of our core values. We support our local community whenever possible.
